Um dos estudos pioneiros foi feito no Departamento de Medicina do Esporte e Reabilitação do Instituto Ortopédico Gaetano Pini, na Itália. Os pesquisadores recrutaram 43 pacientes com dor lombar. Parte deles fez Pilates, enquanto os demais foram submetidos ao tratamento da Escola da Coluna (método fisioterapêutico criado na década de 60). Ao fim de dez dias, quem praticou Pilates teve ganhos similares aos da fisioterapia tradicional, mas com uma vantagem: estava muito mais contente. Entre os que tiveram aula de Pilates, 61% declararam-se muito satisfeitos com a terapia, contra 4,5% entre os que foram submetidos à outra técnica.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 17.0px 0.0px; line-height: 20.0px; font: 16.0px Trebuchet MS"&gt;Outra instituição a oferecer aulas é o prestigiado M. corredores.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Na corrida o corpo trabalha em um sistema chamado cadeia fechada; pois os pés tocam o solo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se o corpo está desalinhado nesta atividade, dá para imaginar que esta cadeia está fora de equi&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;líbrio, o que favorece a aparição de lesões.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pilates atua no sentido de buscar este alinhamento postural a memória muscular.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;A origem desta memória muscular está nos MIÓCITOS, células contráteis salpicadas de núcleos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Após intensa atividade física novos núcleos são adicionados, estes por sua vez estimulam a produção de proteínas, aumentando o volume do músculo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Após um período de desuso , esses miócitos diminuem de volume, e não morrem como pensávamos antigamente.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Portanto a recuperação dessa massa muscular é mais rápida em quem apresenta um histórico de atividade muscular intensa, pois o lento processo de certa forma são aqueles que se enquadram no         " exercises without pain". &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Portanto para este mês selecionamos um treino de propriocepção neste aparelho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#FF0000;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#FF0000;"&gt; O que seria treino de propriocepção?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#FF0000;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; É  um treino que contempla exercícios de equilíbrio, que por sua vez são eficazes na prática esportiva, pois conseguem fortalecer  a musculatura mais profunda, e prevenir lesões esportivas como entorse, etc. Já para a população da melhor idade esse treino evita ou reduz o número de quedas, fortalece a marcha, traz mais segurança.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Solicite na sua aula  os exercícios de propriocepção;  eles te beneficiarão bastante......&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br Unidos, analisou amostras de sangue de 488 corredores, antes e após a Maratona de Boston de 2002, e chamou à atenção de médicos e treinadores de todo o mundo. A pesquisa revelou que, apesar da maioria estar bem hidratada após a maratona, 13% dos atletas beberam tanta água que apresentaram quadro de hiponatremia,&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font lang="EN-US" style="color: rgb(85, 100, 107); "&gt;&lt;font class="Apple-style-span" face="arial"&gt;&lt;font class="Apple-style-span" size="small"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: 16.0pt;mso-pagination:none;mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace:none"&gt;&lt;font lang="EN-US" style="color: rgb(85, 100, 107); "&gt;&lt;font class="Apple-style-span" face="arial"&gt;&lt;font class="Apple-style-span" size="small"&gt;caracterizado pela falta de sódio no organismo e conseqüente inchaço no estômago, vômito, fadiga extrema e perda de coordenação motora. Tais sintomas são causados pela perda de sódio, um mineral de extrema importância na manutenção do volume dos líquidos corporais, no processo de contração muscular e ainda para a absorção de glicose.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font lang="EN-US" style="color: rgb(85, 100, 107); "&gt;&lt;font class="Apple-style-span" face="arial"&gt;&lt;font class="Apple-style-span" size="small"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: 16.0pt;mso-pagination:none;mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace:none"&gt;&lt;font lang="EN-US" style="color: rgb(85, 100, 107); "&gt;&lt;font class="Apple-style-span" face="arial"&gt;&lt;font class="Apple-style-span" size="small"&gt;Apesar de em muitas circunstâncias a bebida recomendada ser a água simples e hipotônica, em determinadas situações, como em exercícios de longa duração, justifica-se a ingestão de sódio durante o exercício a fim de combater a hiponatremia. Além da inclusão deste mineral nas bebidas reidratantes para a prevenção da hiponatremia, esta adição também favorece a absorção de água e carboidrato pelo intestino.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font lang="EN-US" style="color: rgb(85, 100, 107); "&gt;&lt;font class="Apple-style-span" face="arial"&gt;&lt;font class="Apple-style-span" size="small"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: 16.0pt;mso-pagination:none;mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace:none"&gt;&lt;font lang="EN-US" style="color: rgb(85, 100, 107); "&gt;&lt;font class="Apple-style-span" face="arial"&gt;&lt;font class="Apple-style-span" size="small"&gt;De acordo com a "Diretriz da Sociedade Brasileira de Medicina do Esporte", durante o exercício recomenda-se iniciar a ingestão de líquidos já nos primeiros 15 minutos e continuar bebendo a cada 15 a 20 minutos. O volume a ser ingerido varia conforme as taxas de sudorese, na faixa de 500 a 2000 ml/hora. Eu diria que por ser uma técnica mais lúdica, a criança pode participar mais, adere ao programa com mais facilidade, e desta forma os resultados são melhores.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3)Não atrapalha o crescimento? De forma alguma, o pilates trabalha com molas e não pesos livres, respeita o limite do aluno e o corpo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4)Qual o maior benefício? Postural e ganho de consciência corporal.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5) Com que frequencia se deve fazer? Em geral de 1 a 2x por semana, dependendo do caso.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;6)Em quanto tempo perceberei melhora? Em média 3 meses.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;7)E para escoliose é recomendado? Sim , perfeitamente. Temos vários exercícios com a finalidade de se tratar escoliose.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;8) Porque os  médicos geralmente recomendam RPG para tratar alteração postural? Eu diria que muitos médicos ainda desconhecem os benefícios do pilates. O RPG é mais difundido.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;9)Meu filho pratica esportes, o pilates pode ajudar? Sim , pois ajudando na consciência corporal , no ganho de flexibilidade, e na postura, certamente ajudará no gesto esportivo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;10)Quando você fala de ganho de consciência corporal você quer dizer o que? Que ele estará mais atento para sua postura, para  sua correção . Do tipo que  a gente encontra no Ibira as 7hs da manhã , caminhando....e acredite, já encontrei várias vezes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Toda terça lá vem ela....de meia anti derrapante, sorriso no rosto, animada, empenhada.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Hoje já faz exercícios avançados, daqueles que muita gente que faz corpo mole, não consegue fazer.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Por onde passa desperta curiosidade.... admiração eu diria......&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Leophold...canadense de 83 anos que em maio de 2009 estava na minha turma de bike na Croácia. Up and down the hill lá estava Leo, forte, em frente......dizendo...let's go Ana....&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;A nossa turma não acreditava; em nenhum momento Leo reclamou, ficou pra trás, amarelou.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Uma figura. E a noite , adorava uma cervejinha. que  linda postura!!!!!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;....que faz 7 meses que ele não sofre mais quedas ....uf que alívio......&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;....que antes o pescoço parecia de tartaruga, encolhidinho....e que hoje está alongado, bonito......&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;....que conseguiu correr, sem dor, sem cãibras, e ainda diminuiu  o tempo...... até ganhou da professora.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;....que jogou polo e foi tudo bem, nada de lombalgia......&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;....que pode dançar com a esposa por horas , sem incômodo...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;...que perdeu altogether 11cm de medida.......&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;...que foi a praia com a amiga; e que ela disse..."mas que abdominal"&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;...que faz bem ir ao pilates, é fun, o astral é ótimo!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;....que a gravidez foi tranquila, nada de dor, tudo em cima!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Aos meus queridos amigos/alunos;
